Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Low Carb Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup Sour Cream
  • ⅓ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper ground
  • 1-2 tablespoons Warm Water optional
  • 1 Iceberg Lettuce cut into 6 wedges
  • ⅓ cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large Eggs hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chives sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, half the blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk together, add the water to thin out the dressing, if desired.
  3. Place the lettuce wedges onto a serving platter and drizzle over the dressing.
  4. Top the wedges with the remaining blue cheese, bacon, eggs and chives.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
