Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Low Carb Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup Sour Cream
- ⅓ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon White Pepper ground
- 1-2 tablespoons Warm Water optional
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce cut into 6 wedges
- ⅓ cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 large Eggs hard boiled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chives sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, half the blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together, add the water to thin out the dressing, if desired.
- Place the lettuce wedges onto a serving platter and drizzle over the dressing.
- Top the wedges with the remaining blue cheese, bacon, eggs and chives.
- Serve and enjoy!
