- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
- 3 tablespoons Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Erythritol
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the powdered sweetener.
- Mix well, then use your hands to bring it together into a ball.
- Divide the dough into sections that are about the size of 2 tablespoons.
- Roll and press it round balls – we got 14 balls.
- Sift the powdered sweetener onto a plate and roll each of the balls in it, until covered.
- Serve immediately or chill until needed.
