Our Keto Jalapeno Poppers are loaded with creamy cheddar cheese and bacon. These low carb peppers make an ideal appetizer for game day or just enjoyed as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 10 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 Scallions thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper ground
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/390F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthways and remove the seeds and membrane. Place them cut side up on the prepared pan.
  3. Add the cream cheese, cheddar, scallion, salt, pepper and half the bacon to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into the jalapenos then sprinkle over the remaining bacon.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the peppers have softened.
  6. Serve hot.
