Ingredients

  • 2 cups Full Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Erythritol granulated
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cup Strawberries diced
  • 3 Strawberries sliced
  • ⅓ cup Keto Granola Cereal

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, cream, erythritol, and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Fold through the diced strawberries.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a large flat baking pan, lined with parchment paper, and smooth into an even layer.
  4. Top with the strawberry slices and Keto Granola.
  5. Freeze for 3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Break into shards and enjoy!
