Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces Baby Spinach
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add the olive oil and allow to heat up.
  3. Add the spinach, salt and pepper, and saute until wilted, then add the butter and cream.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes, until the cream has thickened, then add the parmesan.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve immediately.
